St. George’s Friends of Music will host a vocal concert by Maria Fasciano, soprano, and Joshua Terry, tenor, with a round-the-world tour of art songs and favorite arias by Kim Dong-Jin (Korea), Duparc (France), Mozart (Austria), Wagner (Germany), Donizetti, Puccini and Verdi (Italy). Maria Fasciano and Joshua Terry are section leaders with St. George’s Coventry Choir. Fasciano is an award-winning operatic soprano and three-time Metropolitan Opera Regional finalist who has sung with operas, symphonies and chamber orchestras throughout the US. Terry has performed as a soloist and in choral ensembles in Mississippi and West Tennessee, currently singing with the Rhodes Mastersingers and the BealeCanto Men’s Chorale. The concert is free (donations accepted) with a reception following the concert.
