| The place where so many of us came to understand Jesus’ way of love during our own college years is now ready to serve many more young people in our community.
As soon as it is safe to gather again, Barth House will serve as a hub for students at the University of Memphis, LeMoyne-Owen College, Moore Tech, Rhodes College, Southwest Tennessee Community College, Christian Brothers University, and other area colleges. Lead by the Reverend Dr. Noah Campbell, the ministry and space have been designed to be inclusive, accommodating, and hospitable to all.
If 2020 has taught us one thing, it’s that we don’t have to be in the same room to learn together, make meaningful connections, or even pray together.
But there’s no substitute for face-to-face interaction. That’s why donations made today – December 1, 2020 – will equip Barth House with items such as outdoor heaters, benches, and outdoor games to facilitate safe, socially distanced gatherings. |
